Since then, 11 different series have been made in the US and NBCUniversal Formats have introduced 22 international versions, including recent adaptations in Cape Town, Durban, Gqeberha, Johannesburg, Lagos, Nairobi and Pretoria, which marked the first Afrikaans series.
