1. Go to the Showmax Help Centre.
2. Choose the category that fits the issue you’re trying to solve, such as Device Set Up and Log In.
3. If none of the FAQs answer your question, scroll down to Still Need Help?
4. Clicking either Sign In, if you are a subscriber, or Problems signing in? will open the Live Chat window.

1. Go to the main Help Centre page.
2. Look for the little robot icon in the bottom right-hand corner.
3. Click on it to bring up the Chat Bot. If the bot can’t answer your question right away, it’ll hand you over to one of our customer care agents.
