Laugh Africa Comedy Club
Laugh Africa Comedy Club takes audiences behind the scenes of the iconic Laugh Africa Comedy Festival, combining exclusive backstage moments, vox pops, and electric comedy club performances to immerse viewers in the full festival vibe.
Featured shows include Die Flying Dutchmen – Afrikaans improv at its finest; Light & Dry Comedy Show, a blend of the silly and the surreal; Frizz Pop, featuring young, fierce and funny female voices; and Laugh Africa All Stars, comedy heavyweights bringing the big laughs.
The lineup includes Khanyisa Jam Jam and Vafa Naraghi, winners of the Comics’ Choice Breakthrough Act of the Year awards in 2025 and 2024 respectively, as well as 2025 Headliner of the Year nominee Kagiso “KG” Mokgadi and Sauce of the Year nominee Rory Petzer. Also look out for local award-winners like Hannes Brümmer, Kate Pinchuck, Lindy Johnson, Melt Sieberhagen, and Thabiso Mhlongo, not to mention American comedian Griff, a festival favourite.
