Northern Lights S1

Northern Lights tells the story of two grieving strangers whose worlds collide when Lloyd notices Áine standing on a bridge over a river. Fearing the worst, he decides to intervene.

Based on the acclaimed play of the same name, the six-episode series was nominated for four Irish Film and Television Awards, including Best TV Drama and Best Script for series writer and star Stephen Jones, and Best Lead Actress - TV Drama for Elva Trill.

Joe.co.uk calls Northern Lights “One of the best Irish shows of recent years.”
