Here’s how to pay for Showmax with M-Pesa

Paying for Showmax with M-Pesa:

1. Sign up or sign in to your Showmax account.
2. Once logged in, hover over your profile name at the top-right corner of the website.
3. Select “My Account” from the drop-down menu.
4. Select “Manage Subscription” and choose your subscription.
5. Next, select M-Pesa as your payment method. Then choose the length of your subscription (1, 3 or 6 months).
6. Enter your mobile number and hit Submit.
7. A prompt will be sent to your phone to enter your M-Pesa pin and process the payment.

Terms and Conditions

This “Showmax Special M-Pesa Offer –  Kenya” (hereinafter referred to as a “Showmax Special Offer”) terms and conditions apply to the use of the Showmax Special Offer as specified in these terms.

These Showmax Special Offer terms are supplementary to Showmax terms and conditions – Global and apply to the use of the Showmax Service together with these Showmax Special Offer terms that govern the use of the Showmax Special Offer and will apply for the duration of the Promo Period.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully.

1. General Information

a) Showmax Special Offer applies in the territory of Kenya for Showmax Standard and Showmax Mobile Subscription Plans (hereinafter called “Showmax Service Subscription”).

b) Showmax Special Offer is a time limited offer which applies within the Promo Period and which is associated with a special discount on Showmax Service Subscription.

c) Promo Period is a period from 1 April 2020 to 30 June 2020 within which you can subscribe to Showmax Service (applicable to prospective Showmax Service customers) and enjoy Showmax Special Offer.

e) Free Trial is not applicable to Showmax Service customers, who enjoy Showmax Special Offer.

f) Showmax Special Offer applies only to customers using M-Pesa as their payment instrument.

1. Showmax Special Offer Eligibility 

Showmax Special Offer is available to customers who meet one of the following requirements:

i)  Existing Showmax Service customers who never provided a payment instrument to their Showmax Service Account and who will add a payment instrument within the Promo Period and pay for Showmax Service under the conditions of Showmax Special Offer.

ii) Former Showmax Service customers who left Showmax recently can enjoy Showmax Special Offer if they use  M-Pesa payment instrument.

iii) Customers who have never signed up to Showmax Service before and use M-Pesa payment instrument when signing up.

3.    Pricing

a)  Showmax Special Offer is associated with a special fixed one-off price for Showmax Standard and Showmax Mobile Subscription plans as outlined below.

Showmax Mobile Subscription Plan:

i) 1 month subscription – 375 KSH

ii) 3 month subscription – 749 KSH (Discount – 3 months for the price of 2 months)

iii) 6 month subscription – 1125 KSH (Discount – 6 months for the price of 3 months)

Showmax Standard Subscription Plan:

i) 1 month subscription – 750 KSH

ii) 3 month subscription – 1500 KSH (Discount – 3 months for the price of 2 months)

iii) 6 month subscription – 2250 KSH (Discount – 6 months for the price of 3 months)

 4. Miscellaneous

1. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine whether you are eligible for Showmax Special Offer.
2. Unless otherwise stated, the Showmax terms and conditions – Global shall remain in full force and effect to Showmax service.
3. In case of discrepancy between these terms and Showmax terms and conditions – Global, the provisions of these terms will prevail.
4. Unless otherwise extended, this version of Showmax service terms and conditions applies for the Promo Period.
5.  We reserve the right at any time and for any reason to terminate the Showmax Special Offer.
