The Real Housewives of Durban S4 Reunion Part 2 recap
The drama continued on Part 2 of The Real Housewives of Durban reunion special. One thing is clear now: some friendships will never be mended. If some viewers were wondering what happened between Jojo and Sorisha, who were once good friends on the show, the real story behind their fallout was addressed.
MaBlerh didn’t hold back as he questioned Sorisha about what happened. “Sorisha, you brought Jojo into this show. You two were good friends. When we entered this season you came back together, having buried the hatchet and were on good terms, now we’re here. What happened?”

The truth comes out
Sorisha explained that she changed off camera after Jojo spoke to one of the crew members inappropriately. “So, I don’t know if this is the forum. So, Jo, that time you flew in with us we went to the game reserve. And we were all sitting around at the table, we were all fine, everybody was happy. You were a little bit irritated with the wind and the sand and all of that.”
She mentioned that there was a part where she was sitting with Annie and Jojo. “One of the camera guys said, ‘Please can you sit in the middle because I need to capture your shot’. And he said it in the most polite way. And the way you spoke to him. Annie and I… It shattered us,” Sorisha shared.
Different personalities
But Jojo had an explanation for her behaviour. She said the guy wanted her to sit in the middle with a pole between her legs. “And my legs open because that’s where the shot was. I said I’m not doing that. So what did I actually say?” Sorisha made it clear that she had a problem in the way she spoke to the guy. “It just left me with a very bad taste in my mouth,” she told her.

Jojo didn’t understand why Sorisha threw their friendship away. “I am the most respectful person to every single one, and everyone can account to that. You are trying to paint me out to be somebody that I’m not and I could never understand what I did,” Jojo said to Sorisha. According to Sorisha, Jojo is a different person on and off camera.
When that was finally out of the way, Sorisha wanted to address the Neil situation and she had a lot to clear with Maria.
Double standards
She explained that she met him a decade and a half ago and that it was a total of four times in her life and they lost touch. “All that time, between meeting him four times in my life to not seeing him, not meeting up. I’ve never had coffee with the guy outside of my workplace. I’ve never interacted with him on social media. He would gun for me, from my skin to my dress sense, everything.” She added that he’s also said nasty things about her business.

She said she’s never come after Neil and doesn’t understand why he’s been acting the way he’s been acting. It was revealed that Neil – who made a brief appearance at the beginning of the episode – was asked to leave because he “upset” Sorisha’s husband. “Would anybody who loved you – I know you’re not married now – your husband, if you were married and somebody said those words to you, would you be okay with that? My husband loves me to bits and pieces. He would jump off a cliff for me.” She accused Maria of having double standards and refused to talk to Maria again.
She cleared the air on the side chick comments and told Maria: “I’m not a side chick. We were separated, Maria…” Sorisha then walked away and called out some of the ladies on their double standards.
