Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

1.1 These terms and conditions apply to the Showmax MTN Ghana Bundle offered to eligible MTN Ghana customers (Customers) (hereinafter referred to as the “Showmax MTN Ghana Bundle”).

1.2 The Showmax MTN Ghana Bundle terms are supplementary to the Showmax terms and conditions – Global, and MTN terms and conditions and apply to the use of the Showmax Service and for the duration of the Showmax MTN Ghana Bundle. Please read these terms and conditions carefully on myMTN App and MTN Pulse App.

2. General Information

2.1 Showmax MTN Ghana Bundle Service is applicable in Ghana (the Territory) The Showmax MTN Ghana Bundle is associated with:

• Showmax Mobile subscription, bundled with 3GB of data supplied by MTN Ghana for GH₵ Showmax mobile should be GHC 30.69; and
• Showmax Pro Mobile subscription, bundled with 3GB of data supplied by MTN Ghana for GH₵ 73.70,

collectively referred to as the Showmax MTN Ghana Service Bundles.

2.2 The above-mentioned bundled Showmax subscriptions do not have a free Showmax Service trial.

2.3 The Showmax MTN Ghana Bundles may be stacked (customers are permitted to purchase more than one Showmax MTN Ghana Bundle).

3. Eligibility

3.1 The Service is exclusively available to Customers on the MTN Ghana network and will only be accessible on smartphones or tablets.

3.2 The applicable/relevant MTN Ghana bundle Service referred to in clause 2.1 of these Terms & Conditions, will only be provided if the Customer can only make payments via MTN Momo.

Miscellaneous

4.1 Unless otherwise stated, the Showmax terms and conditions – Global  shall remain in full force and effect. 

4.2 In case of a discrepancy between these Showmax MTN Ghana Bundle Service Terms and Conditions, and the Showmax Terms and Conditions – Global, the provisions of these terms will prevail.

4.3 Unless otherwise extended, this version of the Showmax MTN Ghana Bundle Terms and Conditions will only apply during the Service Period.

4.4 Showmax reserves the right at any time and for any reason to amend, revise or terminate the Showmax MTN Ghana Bundle. Any amendment or variation of these terms and conditions shall be available to customer via https://3rd.story.shwmx.co/showmax-bundle-deal-mtn-ghana/ ).

4.5 MTN reserves the right to amend or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time and will notify customers on myMTN App of any such revision. Any amendment or variation of these terms shall be available to customers via the MTN Pulse App.
