Add a second Subscription Plan to your Showmax account and receive a discount on the newly added plan for 6 months

The Offer

If you add a second Subscription Plan to your Showmax account to complete your Showmax bundle, you will be entitled to a discount on the Subscription Fee of the newly added Subscription Plan in the amount determined in the unique offer sent to you, for the period of 6 (six) months from the date of redemption of the offer (“Offer”). For the purpose of these terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”), Showmax bundle (“Showmax Bundle”) means a package consisting of (i) either Showmax Entertainment All Devices Subscription Plan or Showmax Entertainment Mobile Subscription Plan, together with (ii) Showmax Premier League Mobile Subscription Plan.

If you have already subscribed to Showmax Entertainment All Devices Subscription Plan or Showmax Entertainment Mobile Subscription Plan, you must subscribe to Showmax Premier League Mobile Subscription Plan to redeem the Offer. On the other hand, if you have already subscribed to Showmax Premier League Mobile Subscription Plan, you must subscribe either to Showmax Entertainment All Devices Subscription Plan or Showmax Entertainment Mobile Subscription Plan to redeem the Offer.

This Offer is provided by Showmax SA (Pty) Ltd (“Showmax”). The Offer Terms set forth below shall apply when you accept and redeem the Offer.
Eligibility

To Participate in the Offer, you must:
2.1 have a recurring subscription to one of Showmax’s Subscription Plans;
2.2 reside in South Africa;
2.3 receive and redeem a unique promo code that provides discount on the second Showmax Subscription Plan on Showmax’s checkout page; and
2.4 subscribe to your second Subscription Plan to complete your Showmax Bundle between 00:00 hours 29 March and 23:59 hours 31 May 2025 (“Offer Period”).
Offer terms and conditions

3.1 To redeem the Offer, you must have a valid recurring payment method registered in your Showmax account. This method will be used for the payment of both Showmax Subscription Plans. You may be billed for each Subscription Plan on different Billing Days, depending on the date when you subscribe to the second Subscription Plan.
3.2 The value of the discount will be communicated to you in the communication which you receive from Showmax and which includes the promo code that you have to use to redeem the Offer. You may receive the communication via e-mail, WhatsApp, SMS or other marketing channels operated by Showmax.
3.3 The promo code must be redeemed within the Offer Period. The discount period of 6 (six) months will start to run from the date of your redemption of the promo code.
3.4 This Offer is subject to you remaining connected for the months you wish to use the Offer. Note: This Offer does not require an upfront payment for all 6 months. You will be billed monthly. You may cancel any of the Subscription Plans anytime.
3.5 This Offer is subject to successful processing of your payment and confirmation of your eligibility by Showmax.
3.6 It is your responsibility to ensure that your subscription payment is received by Showmax in a timely manner. Without limitation, Showmax is not responsible for any difficulties encountered with third-party merchants nor for any costs that you may incur to participate in this Offer.
3.7 This is a limited Offer and will be given on a first-come first-served basis. The Offer may end earlier if the limit is reached.
General provisions

4.1 These Offer Terms and conditions must be read together with the Showmax Terms and Conditions and the Showmax Privacy Policy.
4.2 Your participation in the Offer constitutes your binding acceptance of the Offer Terms.
4.3 Showmax reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine your eligibility for the Offer.
4.4 The Offer is not transferable and may not be deferred, changed or exchanged for cash or any other item.
4.5 Save as stated herein, we do not make any representations or give any warranties, whether expressly or implicitly, as to the Offer.
4.6 This Offer cannot be combined with or used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts, or promotions made available by Showmax, unless expressly stated otherwise.
4.7 We will not be responsible and disclaim all liability for any loss, liability, injury, expense or damage (whether direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential) of any nature, whether arising from negligence or any other cause, which is suffered by your participation in the Offer. If any liability is imputed to us, such liability will be limited to the value of your subscription.
4.8 You, and in the event of your death, your family, dependents, heirs, assignees or any other beneficiaries of your estate, indemnify and hold us harmless against any claim by you, (whether direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential) of any nature, whether arising from negligence or any other cause, relating to any injury, loss, liability, expense and/or damage which you may suffer, howsoever arising, in relation to your participation in this Offer.
4.9 Showmax shall not be liable for any failure to comply with our obligations where the failure is caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.
4.10 Showmax may cede, assign or novate any or all of its rights and/or any or all of its obligations set out herein to any person or entity without notice to you.
4.11 If you fail to comply with any of these Offer Terms, then without prejudice to any other remedy which Showmax may have, you will be automatically disqualified, and you will forfeit the Offer.
4.12 Showmax’s failure to enforce any of the rights or provisions of the Offer or these Offer Terms will not be deemed to be a waiver of such right or provision.
4.13 These terms and conditions will be construed, interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
4.14 By redeeming the promo code, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Offer Terms and all other applicable documents. If you do not agree with these Offer Terms, please do not redeem the promo code.
