Gallery: Showmax Fan Day with Youngins brings the heat
This past Saturday, 18 October 2025, the Showmax Fan Day brought together fans, media, influencers, and the beloved cast of Youngins for an unforgettable experience in Bryanston that celebrated entertainment, gaming, and star power.
In attendance were Youngins cast members Ayakha Ntunja, Kealeboga Masango, Toka Mtabane, Lebogang Lephatsoana, Kadia Banyini, and Gaositoe Katlego Moloke, who lit up the event with their infectious energy and charm. They were joined by the show’s award-winning director, Thembalethu Mfebe, who shared with media that filming Youngins was no easy feat, as the team had to shoot all three seasons back-to-back, a challenging yet rewarding experience that paid off in storytelling depth and continuity.
Media and influencers came out in full force to mingle with the stars, join in the gaming fun, and witness young gamers battle it out in an electrifying competition. Attendees were also treated to an exclusive sneak peek of what’s yet to come in the third explosive season of Youngins, and let’s just say the room was left shaken by the plot twists ahead.

Adding even more excitement to the day was SAFTA winner Thembinkosi Mthembu, star of Shaka iLembe and Adulting, who showed his playful side by jumping straight into the gaming action with the Youngins crew in full support.
Comedian Vhafa Naraghi as host
The event was hosted by the effortlessly hilarious Vhafa Naraghi, who kept the crowd entertained and the energy high throughout. In true Showmax style, the day ended with major wins: the grand final winner walked away with R10 000 in cash, while the runner-up scored R5 000.
