1. The Offer
If you purchase a Subscription Plan to Showmax Entertainment Mobile with monthly payment between 25 November – 19 December 2024, load your payment card details and use the promo code sent to you, you will get 50% discount on the standard subscription fee for a period of 6 months (“Offer”). This Offer is provided by Showmax SA (Pty) Ltd (“Showmax”).
2. Eligibility
To Participate in the Offer, you must:
2.1 reside in South Africa and have previously subscribed to any of the Showmax Subscription Plans;
2.2 load your payment card details and choose a Showmax Entertainment Mobile Subscription Plan with monthly payment;
2.3 receive the promo code from Showmax via email, SMS or WhatsApp and insert it on the checkout page; and
2.4 subscribe to Showmax Entertainment Mobile Subscription Plan with monthly payment between 25 NOVEMBER – 19 DECEMBER 2024 (“Offer Period”).
3. Offer terms and conditions
3.1 This Offer is subject to you remaining connected for the months you wish to use the Offer. Note: This Offer does not require an upfront payment for all 6 months. You will be billed monthly. You may cancel the Subscription Plan anytime.
3.2 It is your responsibility to ensure that payment of the applicable subscription fee is received by Showmax in a timely manner. Without limitation, Showmax is not responsible for any difficulties encountered with third party merchants nor for any costs that you may incur to participate in this Offer.
3.3 The Offer will be redeemed by you following the process set out in paragraph 2.1 within the Offer Period.
4. Other terms
4.1. These terms and conditions must be read together with the Showmax Terms and Conditions and the Showmax Privacy Policy.
4.2. The Offer is not transferable to any third party.
4.3. The Offer cannot be exchanged for another offer, benefit or cash.
4.4. Showmax will not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
4.5. Showmax may cede, assign or novate any or all of its rights and/or any or all of its obligations set out herein and/or in the Showmax Terms and Conditions to any person or entity without notice to you.
4.6. Showmax reserves the right to suspend or stop your participation in the Offer if you are involved in fraud or manipulation of the process.
4.7. If you fail to comply with any of these terms, then without prejudice to any other remedy which we may have, you will be automatically disqualified, and you will forfeit the Offer.
4.8. We reserve the right to vary, postpone, suspend, temporarily withdraw or cancel the Offer at any time and for any reason which we deem necessary. In the event of such variation, postponement, suspension or cancellation, you agree to waive any rights, interests and expectations that you may have in terms of this Offer and acknowledge that you will have no recourse against us.
4.9. Our failure to enforce any of the rights or provisions of the Offer or the terms that apply to the Offer will not be deemed to be a waiver of such right or provision.
