If there’s anything you’re unsure about when it comes to managing your Showmax account, we’re here for you! Check out the FAQs below, or go to www.showmax.com/help.
How do I access my Showmax account?
- On the Showmax website select Sign In from the top menu.
- On the sign in screen, type in your email address and password then select the Sign In button.
- Select My Account on the top menu bar under your username.
- Here, you will see all the information about your account, such as your payment details, registered devices and more
How do I edit or update my profile?
- Sign in on the Showmax website.
- Select Account on the top menu bar under your username.
- You will now see all the options related to your account.
- Select Settings.
- Here you can make changes to your personal account information like your name, location and password.
- Save your changes by selecting Update.
How do I change my password?
- Sign in on the Showmax website and click on the icon in the top right corner.
- Select Account, then Settings.
- Select Reset password, and follow the instructions.
How do I retrieve my password if I’ve forgotten it?
- Select Sign In on the top menu of the Showmax website.
- Select Forgot Password.
- Enter the Showmax registered email address in the text box.
- Select Reset Password.
- Instructions on resetting your password will then be emailed to you – follow the directions and you’ll be able to reset your password in no time.
How do I sign out of the website?
Select Sign Out on the top menu bar under your username.
How do I manage my registered devices?
- Sign in on the Showmax website, and click on your icon in the top right corner.
- Select Account.
- Select Devices to manage your registered devices.
Please note: When you use a device to stream or download from Showmax it will be automatically be registered as one of your devices.
You may register up to five devices on your Showmax account. You may watch on two registered devices simultaneously: these are referred to as active devices.
