Introduction
- The terms and conditions below apply to the “MAH 30% off Pro - Promotion” (hereinafter referred to as “MAH 30% off Pro - Promo”).
- These MAH 30% off Pro - Promo terms (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) are supplementary to the Showmax terms and conditions – Global, and apply to use of the Showmax Service by eligible/qualifying customers for the duration of the promotion period being 22 October 2022 to 28 May 2023 (hereinafter referred to as the “Promo Period”).
- Please read these Terms carefully.
General information
- The MAH 30% off Pro Promo applies in Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Uganda, Botswana, Tanzania, Zambia and Namibia, Uganda and ROA. The MAH 30% off Pro Promo is a limited offer which applies within the Promo Period, which is associated with
(i) a special discount on the Showmax Service Subscription (Showmax Mobile and Showmax Pro Mobile), of up to 30% discount.
- The 14-day free trial is not applicable to this Promotion.
- During the Promo Period (20 October 2022 to 28 May 2023), prospective customers can subscribe to the Showmax Service
- During the Promo Period, eligible customers can enjoy a discount on their Showmax Service Subscription as outlined below.
MAH 30% off Pro - Promo Offer Eligibility
To qualify for the MAH 30% off Pro - Promo customers, have to meet the following requirements:
- Existing Showmax Service customers who have never saved or added a payment instrument on their Showmax Service account; who add/save a payment instrument on to their Showmax Service account on or before 20 October 2022, on a recurring billing basis; and pay for the Showmax Service in accordance with these terms and conditions of the MAH 30% off Pro - Promo.
- Former Showmax Service customers who stopped using the Showmax Service recently/before the commencement of the MAH 30% off Pro - Promo; who add/save a payment instrument on to their Showmax Service account on or before 20 October 2022, on a recurring billing basis.
- Customers who sign up to the Showmax Service on or before 20 October 2022, must use an IP address registered in Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Uganda, Botswana, Tanzania, Zambia, ROA and Namibia.
MAH 30% off Pro Promo Customer Ineligibility
- Customers are not permitted to simultaneously enjoy the benefits of both the MAH 30% off Pro - Promo and the Mastercard Loyalty Campaign.
- The MAH 30% off Pro - Promo is offered for a maximum of 1 offer.
Pricing
- The MAH 30% off Pro - Promo is linked to a noteworthy/special fixed once-off price for Showmax Service Subscription plan. The MAH 30% off Pro - Promo pricing is displayed/recorded on all relevant territory-specific webpages.
- The price discount calculation is rounded up to whole numbers, always to the benefit of a customer.
Miscellaneous
- Showmax reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to determine whether you are eligible for the MAH 30% off Pro Promo.
- Unless otherwise stated, the Showmax terms and conditions – Global shall remain in full force and effect.
- In case of a discrepancy between these terms and Showmax terms and conditions – Global, the provisions of these terms will prevail.
- Unless otherwise extended, this version of Showmax service terms and conditions applies for the Promo Period.
- Showmax reserves the right at any time and for any reason to terminate the MAH 30% off Pro - Promo.
- This version of the MAH 30% off Pro - Promo Terms apply from 20 October 2022 to 28 May 2023 which will be specified as and when this promotion becomes available therein, unless the Promo Period is extended.
