Noksie on The Mommy Club S3 and the explosive reunion
Hosted by TV presenter, actress and singer Ntombee Ngcobo-Mzolo, The Mommy Club has been trending on X every Saturday since it first hit our screens, and the reunion episodes were no different. Emotions ran high, nothing was sugar-coated, and every issue viewers have been buzzing about was laid bare. From Pheladi’s absence and Mrs Sande’s emotional state to the bullying accusations that sparked serious conversations online, the ladies didn’t hold back.

One of the biggest moments of the reunion came when Season 3 newcomer Mrs J stormed out after a heated exchange with Vuyi, leaving everyone gagged. While there were apologies and attempts to move forward, it’s clear that not all wounds have healed, and where their relationships stand now is anyone’s guess.

We recently caught up with newcomer and fan favourite Noksie, who has been at the centre of the biggest feud of the season. She didn’t shy away from spilling the tea, sharing her thoughts on what really went down at the reunion, how she feels about the other ladies, her celebrity fans and more.
Now that everything has unfolded, how do you feel about your overall experience on the show?
Reflecting on my time on the show, honestly, it wasn’t what I expected. I went in thinking I’d be surrounded by empowered, thriving boss babes, women glowing from the inside out. Instead, I found myself among people carrying a lot of hurt and sadness, which was honestly quite disheartening.
Were you able to accomplish any of the goals you had going into the show?
I did accomplish what I was hoping for from the show to some extent, especially when it comes to brand visibility. I’m really happy that sellers are now approaching me directly, which has definitely made things easier for my real estate business.
Many viewers are calling you the breakout star of the season. Did you anticipate this kind of public response?
Honestly, I didn’t see that coming. I was actually nervous about how I’d be received, since I’m not someone who naturally thrives in group settings, but the love and support from the public have been so reassuring.
How has your life changed since appearing on the show?

Since being on the show, my life has changed in many ways. People recognise me everywhere I go, and it’s all love. I’m truly grateful for that.
Were there any celebrities or public figures who surprised you by being fans of yours?
Yes! I’ve had quite a few well-known people reach out to me, and it’s been so heartwarming. One of them is the incredible Khanyi Mbau. What a queen! I’m truly grateful.
Since filming the reunion, which of the ladies have you stayed in touch with?
Since filming the reunion, I’ve stayed in touch with Mrs J. She’s been my girl from day one. As for the rest of the ladies, even though apologies were exchanged at the reunion, they’re still not people I’d keep close. That said, I genuinely wish them all the best.
Have you and Pheladi spoken at all since filming ended?
Absolutely not, and that’s perfectly okay.
Do you feel the show accurately portrayed events as they happened? Some of your castmates have claimed the editing misrepresented them.
The production team is simply doing their job. They have their own mandate, just like the cast does. Their role is to showcase what was actually filmed. It’s really simple: if you don’t want to be perceived a certain way, don’t behave that way.
While we were shooting, I kept wondering if they realised this would eventually air. That’s when it became clear to me that they didn’t seem to care much about their own image. Their main focus was bringing me down, without thinking about how their behaviour would reflect on them in the end.
You were introduced to the show through Hermajesty. Do you believe her reunion apology was sincere, or was it more about saving face?
I don’t think that her apology was sincere, but I just wanted to move on and move away.
What advice would you give to a mom who is considering joining The Mommy Club?
My advice to the new mommy joining the show would be to simply be yourself. That’s the most powerful thing you can be. Your tribe will naturally gravitate toward you, and those who aren’t meant for you will fall away, just as they should.
