Pay for Showmax in Kenya with M-Pesa

Showmax has enabled customers to pay for Showmax via the Showmax website by using M-Pesa. This means customers in Kenya have more options to choose from when paying for any Showmax subscription.

How to pay for Showmax with M-Pesa

  1. Visit the Showmax website and select Sign Up.
  2. Select your preferred plan.
  3. Select See more payment options.
  4. Select Once-off payment method.
  5. M-Pesa as a payment method will be displayed.
  6. Enter your M-Pesa mobile number for the payment. Keep this page open. Expect a prompt on your mobile number to “Enter your M-Pesa PIN” to authorise your transaction.
  7. Enter your M-Pesa PIN and approve the transaction. Please don’t close or refresh this page until the “Welcome” message appears. This will signal that your payment has been successful.

How to change and update your payment method

  1. Visit the Showmax website and sign in.
  2. Select Account in the top right menu bar.
  3. Navigate to the Update Payment Method under the Plans and Payment tab.
  4. Choose your new payment method.
  5. Update details and confirm.
