Reconnect to your Showmax plan and get one month on us. Offer valid for selected customers in Ghana.

Terms & Conditions

1.     The Offer

Reconnect to the Showmax General Entertainment Mobile plan or the Showmax General Entertainment All Devices plan and get an additional month's subscription of the same Showmax subscription plan at no cost (“Offer”).

This Offer is conducted by Showmax Africa Holdings Limited (“Showmax”).

2.     Eligibility

To Participate in the Offer, you must:

2.1         be a disconnected customer residing in Ghana; and

2.2         accept Showmax’s invitation to take up the Offer, as detailed below:

2.2.1  the invitation by Showmax will be made via email, SMS, push notification and/or phone call;

2.2.2  the invitation will specify your Offer entitlement; and

2.2.3  you are then required to pay the applicable amount using your credit or debit card or MTN MoMo (on platform or Showmax website but not via the MTN MoMo USSD) between 00:00 hours 9 September and 23:59 hours 30 September 2025 (“Offer Period”).

3.     Offer terms and conditions

3.1               It is your responsibility to ensure that your subscription payment is received by Showmax in a timely manner. Without limitation, Showmax is not responsible for any difficulties encountered with third party merchants nor for any costs that you may incur to participate in this Offer

3.2                 Eligible customers will automatically be upgraded to enjoy the additional plan. Subject to system dependencies, the plan upgrade may be effected within 72 hours of receipt of payment by Showmax. If the upgrade is not effected, Showmax will endeavour to effect the upgrade within the shortest possible time following notification by you.

4.     Standard terms and conditions for offers

4.1         Your participation in the Offer constitutes your binding acceptance of the terms and conditions.

4.2         The Offer is not transferable and may not be deferred, changed or exchanged for cash or any other item.

4.3         Save as stated herein, we do not make any representations or give any warranties, whether expressly or implicitly, as to the Offer.

4.4         We will not be responsible and disclaim all liability for any loss, liability, injury, expense or damage (whether direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential) of any nature, whether arising from negligence or any other cause, which is suffered by your participation in the Offer. If any liability is imputed to us, such liability will be limited to the value of your subscription.

4.5         You, and in the event of your death, your family, dependents, heirs, assignees or any other beneficiaries of your estate, indemnify and hold us harmless against any claim by you, (whether direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential) of any nature, whether arising from negligence or any other cause, relating to any injury, loss, liability, expense and/or damage which you may suffer, howsoever arising, in relation to your participation in this Offer.

4.6         We shall not be liable for any failure to comply with our obligations where the failure is caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

4.7         We may cede, assign or novate any or all of our rights and/or any or all of our obligations set out herein to any person or entity without notice to you.

4.8         If you fail to comply with any of these terms and conditions, then without prejudice to any other remedy which we may have, you will be automatically disqualified, and you will forfeit the Offer.

4.9         The failure by us to enforce any of the rights or provisions of the Offer or these terms and conditions will not be deemed to be a waiver of such right or provision.

4.10      These terms and conditions will be construed, interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
