Showmax hosts the premiere of The Mommy Club NBO
Showmax hosted an exclusive premiere event for its latest reality show, The Mommy Club NBO, at the Aspire Centre Westlands in Nairobi, bringing together cast, industry stakeholders and fans.
Attendees had an opportunity to get a sneak preview of the first episode. They also got to meet the lead cast, including Jackie Matubia, DJ Pierra Makena, Carey Priscilla, Lynne Njihia, and Ofentse Tsipa.
The Mommy Club NBO is the fifth instalment of the record-breaking Mommy Club franchise and gives a glimpse into the lives of five affluent Kenyan mothers as they navigate the unique blend of parenting, ambition, and the vibrant culture of Nairobi. The show is produced by D&R Studios, the masterminds behind the hit reality shows The Real Housewives of Nairobi and Our Perfect Wedding.

Speaking at the event, executive producer Eugene Mbugua said:
“Our goal was to create a platform where these incredible women could share their stories authentically. We believe that viewers will get inspiration from seeing how the ladies manage hurdles of life through their resilience, while they navigate the challenges, and of course, the joys of motherhood,” he noted.
The Mommy Club NBO is now streaming, with new episodes every Friday.
