Based on the experiences of American journalist Jake Adelstein, Tokyo Vice takes us into Tokyo’s criminal underworld. In the second and final season, as Adelstein delves deeper, he discovers that danger lurks around every corner, putting his life and those close to him at risk.
Golden Globe nominee Ansel Elgort (Baby Driver) stars as Adelstein. Also look out for Oscar nominees Ken Watanabe (Inception, The Last Samurai) and Rinko Kikuchi (Babel), as well as Rachel Keller (Fargo, Legion).
Created by Tony winner J.T. Rogers (Oslo), Tokyo Vice is executive produced by four-time Oscar nominee Michael Mann (Heat).The second and final season has a 93% rating on Rotten Tomatoes, with Vulture hailing the crime series as ”a must-watch for its riveting narrative and compelling character arcs, set against the vibrant backdrop of 1990s Tokyo.”
