This “Showmax 3 and 6 Month Bundle Deal Special Offer – South Africa and Lesotho” (hereinafter referred to as the “Showmax Special Offer”) terms and conditions apply to the use of the Showmax Special Offer as specified in these terms.

a) Showmax Special Offer applies in the territory of South Africa and Lesotho for Showmax Standard and Showmax Mobile Subscription Plans (hereinafter called “Showmax Service Subscription”).
b)Showmax Special Offer is a time-limited offer that applies within the Promo Period and which is associated with a special discount on Showmax Service Subscription.
c) Promo Period is a period from 1 February 2022 until further notice. You can subscribe to the Showmax Service and enjoy the Showmax Special Offer.
d) Free Trial is not applicable to Showmax Service customers, who enjoy the Showmax Special Offer.
e) Showmax Special Offer applies only to customers using any recurring and non-recurring payment instrument with an exception to the “Add to bill”, PayPal, Vouchers and Data Bundled Deals as their payment instrument.
- Showmax Special Offer Eligibility
Showmax Special Offer is available to customers who meet one of the following requirements:
i) Existing Showmax Service customers who never provided a payment instrument to their Showmax Service Account and who will add a payment instrument within the Promo Period and pay for Showmax Service under the conditions of Showmax Special Offer.
ii) Former Showmax Service customers who left Showmax recently can enjoy Showmax Special Offer.

a) Showmax Special Offer is associated with a special fixed one-off price for Showmax Standard Subscription plan:

c) Showmax Special Offer is available as a once-off special discount on Showmax Standard Subscription and Showmax Mobile Subscription plan, Showmax Special Offer cannot be provided on the basis of recurrent monthly payment.
d) When the Showmax Special Offer lapses your payment settings will be set up for monthly recurring payments by default (if you have selected a recurring payment instrument), unless you opted out.
4. Miscellaneous
- We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine whether you are eligible for the Showmax Special Offer.
- Unless otherwise stated, the Showmax terms and conditions – South Africa and Lesotho shall remain in full force and effect to Showmax service.
- In case of discrepancy between these terms and Showmax terms and conditions – South Africa and Lesotho, the provisions of these terms will prevail.
