Hotel S1-4
Check in for a new season of this hilarious Afrikaans mockumentary which centres on a boutique hotel in the rural town of Fransenburg. In the first season, the little hotel was acquired by the Lourier hotel group, with the idea of turning this rough diamond into a high-class establishment.
In Season 3, there was a struggle and bustle over who the next mayor would be, Danny’s first play was performed by Die Fransen staff, there was fun with Batcoin and Jaap’s pet sheep caused havoc, but this fresh new season will be even bigger, better and funnier.
In Season 4, there’s peace and harmony in Fransenburg, now that Ferdie has cut his political career short. He’s on the hunt for another way to leave a legacy, however, so the drama is far from over.
The hotel is under threat as the new mayor is considering demolishing it to make way for the Mautrain, and Jony has a new love interest who is complicating things for Thomas.
Viewers can look forward to James Borthwick (Ferdie), Schalk Bezuidenhout (Danny), Simoné Pretorius (Jony), Beer Adriaanse (Thomas), Martelize Kolver (Brenda), Mila Guy (Malanie) and De Klerk Oelofse (Jaap) making a return. Quentin Krog joins the cast as Gawie, Jony’s new love.
