Life With Kelly Khumalo Season 3 episode 2: There’s a rat in Kelly’s camp

While the single mother of two is doing everything in her power to give her son and daughter a good life, there are external factors that interfere with Kelly Khumalo’s motherhood journey, as we see in Season 3 episode 2 of Life With Kelly Khumalo.

A few months ago, her son, Christian, made it into the news for allegedly being expelled from school after being found with marijuana. This brought a lot of attention to Kelly and her family, and she finally addressed this on the latest episode of her reality show.

Kelly shared that she’s been “tried” and that there are things that are meant to paint her as a monster who doesn’t want her son to have a father in his life. “But how do you allow someone who’s never made an effort? So, if you think my son being suspended or expelled from school based on weed, take that to court. There is a court of law,” she said.

The singer then had a conversation with her mother about Christian’s issue and they had questions about who could have leaked the story to the media. “How can we deal with it? I don’t want Christian to be affected by unnecessary things,” she told her mother, adding that her child will make mistakes.

She also mentioned that Christian was probably inquisitive when he took weed to school. “He wanted to see what it was and he thought it’s a cool thing to go and show it to his friends, who sold him out.”

While Kelly doesn’t like pointing fingers, she added: “But don’t mistake that for stupidity or me being naive. I know exactly where that came from and what the intention of that was.” She believes that there are people who are trying to prove that she’s a bad mother. “I’m far from it… It’s intentional for me to be a great mother, it’s my way of worshiping God,” she said.

So, what’s the solution? Well, for now, Kelly wants everyone who works for her to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to avoid such incidents in the future.
