A look back at explosive moments on Dede
Akwaaba Magic’s Dede has been a roller-coaster. The titular Dede has gone from village girl to Cinderella, then to prisoner and the suave Christine. It is interesting what the future holds for Dede, but let’s look at all the explosive moments we’ve witnessed already.
Let’s discuss Christine
The craziest twist yet on the show is Dede’s transformation into Christine, her posh alter ego created so she can reenter the Robertson’s household. Credit to Joyce, Dede’s prison mate, who encouraged and helped with the makeover.
Dede makes spy work look easy. She’s super flexible: meek and humble as Dede, steely confident as Christine. The job is even more challenging as she is both Patrick and Michael’s assistant, but a girl tries!
Lily’s lost battle
Isn’t it a miracle Lily suddenly reappeared in Michael’s life the moment he bounced back? She even blames Dede for abandoning him at the altar. Luckily for us all, Michael isn’t falling for her cheap antics, but there was that steamy moment interrupted by Belinda, so maybe he is! Although it seems like a fruitless battle, Lily is determined. She plans to trap him with a baby.
Michael, though, seems to be falling for Dede. Sorry, Christine! Maybe he sees Dede in her. I mean, it is kind of obvious.
We are all falling too!
Belinda’s secret daughter and witch mother
Who would have thought? Belinda is not only a mom but also Alero’s daughter. Remember Felicity once saw a little girl in Alero’s house during one of her frequent visits? Well, Alero brought the child to the Robertson’s, and she just happens to be Belinda’s secret daughter. But is it a surprise that sneaky Belinda is a witch’s daughter? No!
