How do I redeem my Showmax voucher?
To redeem the voucher, follow the instructions on your KFC till slip. Send the code printed on your KFC till slip to the USSD string, and receive your Showmax voucher code via SMS.
- Go to www.showmax.com/voucher.
- Enter your voucher code.
- Start watching!
Your Showmax voucher code is valid for a Standard subscription only, not a Mobile subscription or for Showmax Pro. And yes, you can redeem more than one voucher – you’ll get a 7-day Showmax voucher with each Kentucky For 2 meal you buy.
Your Showmax voucher can be redeemed up until 31 December 2020. The offer is only available in South Africa.
What about the usual 14-day free trial for Showmax?
There’s no 14-day free trial with this special offer. The usual 14-day trial on Showmax requires you to enter a recurring payment method such as credit card details.
However, with this KFC offer, you are not required to enter your banking details to get the 7-day access to Showmax.
What if I already have Showmax?
If you are currently paying for Showmax via another voucher, card or another billing partner (excludes DStv, Telkom, MWEB), then the voucher is stored when entered and will immediately generate a consecutive subscription to the last available subscription. In some payment instrument cases, such as DStv, Telkom and MWEB for example, the voucher may generate a subscription credit that you can activate should you choose to cancel that payment instrument.
