In the near future, a system of satellites has come online that control the weather and the effects of climate change. When strange events begin to occur, the chief architect, Jake, and his politician brother, Max, are charged with finding out what’s going on. Are the satellites malfunctioning, or are there sinister forces at play? And can they stop the satellite system before it causes global catastrophe?
Gerard Butler leads the cast as Jake, alongside Jim Sturgess as Max and Abbie Cornish as Max’s Secret Service girlfriend who’s drafted to help the pair kidnap the US President.
