Igiza episode 3 recap: Flashbacks and 200 million
Igiza episode 3 opens in prison, where Linda is still taking the flak for her sister’s escape, despite being protected from some of the nastier inmates by Salome (Sheila Ndanu), whose ulterior motives clearly mean she’s far more invested in Nicole’s success than we originally thought. Things get real for Linda when Salome and her gang confront her, demanding that she share her bank passwords. She’s shocked to learn that they know her real identity.

In Linda’s house, Nicole struggles to sleep, and whilst going through her sister’s wardrobe, her memory is triggered and we finally get a glimpse of the sisters in the past. In a flashback, the sisters are glammed up, at a club, where Nicole fixes a stain on Linda’s dress. It’s a moment that gives us a peek into what their relationship once was: loving sisters who had each other’s backs.

In Igiza episode 3, Nicole faces a challenging day at work—not only does she learn that Linda was having an affair with an employee, but without her sister’s passwords and pin codes, she can’t make the payments she needs to in order to run the company. After a threatening phone call with Linda in prison, in which she alludes to Ian coming to harm, Nicole gets all the information she needs.
Meanwhile, Reggie and his associate Patel arrive at a suspicious-looking house to meet with the “boss,” Chris (Eddie Mbugua), a mysterious wash-wash kingpin. In a terrifying scene, Chris tortures Patel as a warning to Reggie to illustrate what happens to someone in his organisation when they’ve been caught stealing. Reggie is sick to his stomach, knowing the risk he’s taking by accepting money from the boss—and that it’s too late to back out.

The episode ends when Reggie receives a gift from Chris… Patel’s severed hand in a box! The pressure is on all around, and we still have so many unanswered questions.
