Teen Titans Go! To The Movies (2018)
Every superhero and their accoutrements have their own movie … including Batman’s belt. All except Robin. So his fellow Teen Titans – Cyborg, Beast Boy, Raven and Starfire – set out for Tinsel Town to make his dreams come true.
And as every superhero movie fan knows, all superheroes need arch-nemeses. So the Teen Titans pick Slade (mostly because his name’s so fun to say), voiced by producer Will Arnett, to be theirs. But they didn’t count on Slade’s diabolical plan to take over the Earth…
Parents will enjoy this movie as much as their kids, with its stellar voice cast, including Nicolas Cage as Superman, Jimmy Kimmel as Batman, singer Halsey as Wonder Woman, and rapper Lil Yachty as Green Lantern. There are also plenty of in-jokes and snide asides intended for adults – such as the animated Stan Lee borrowed from Marvel for a parody bit on his endless cameos.
Want more of Will Arnett as superheroes and supervillains?
He also voices Batman in The LEGO Batman Movie (now on Showmax), as well as the Banker in Despicable Me (ditto).
