Two new comedy specials from Radio Raps
The voice of Radio Raps returns in two hilarious comedy specials, Radio Raps Live: Laat Ek Jou So Se and Radio Raps Live: Dingetjies en Goetertjies.
Jonathan from the East Rand isn’t afraid to throw out some stereotypical slang, all while wearing an upside-down transparent visor. And Rikus de Beer, the man behind the character, manages to deliver all his jokes with a straight face.
In Laat Ek Jou So Se, he covers some simple tips to live by. He chats about going to the beach, moving in with a partner and decorating a house. Don’t miss this performance filmed at Carnival City.
In Dingetjies en Goetertjies, he covers all the ways life can be confusing – and how we have to take everyone’s differences into account when we’re trying to understand the people closest to us. All those little “dingetjies en goetertjies” might be annoying – but they’re also necessary.
