Stream upcoming reality series This Body Works For Me

The Showmax Original reality series This Body Works For Me launches on 23 November 2022. Not for sensitive viewers, it follows seven women working in South Africa’s adult entertainment industry.

Xoli is Africa’s self-proclaimed “biggest porn star”; Wandi is a sugar baby and an uncensored Only Fans content creator ; Nelly is a musician and exotic dancer who has her eye on taking over Africa; Samke is the sweet yet controversial Twitter and OnlyFans star; Gina is the new exotic dancer and aspiring DJ who’s come to make a name for herself in the city of Joburg; Primadonna is the super-confident exotic dancer and aspiring rap artist; and Bubbly is a former exotic dancer and aspiring entrepreneur looking to launch a vajacial spa titled – Coochie Care.

The 18LN reality series removes the velvet rope to explore how and why these women choose to use their bodies to gain fame, generate income, and sustain their lifestyles and family livelihoods.

“This Body Works for Me dives into the unconventional and wild world of adult entertainment,” says Zinzi Velelo from POP & Semamo Productions, producer of the title. “We get an authentic insight into the choices, circumstances, and challenges that have led these women into this world. We explore how they confidently embrace and navigate between their daily hustle of making money using their bodies as well as working on their dreams and staying connected with their loved ones.”

This Body Works For Me rated 18SNL launches on Showmax on 23 November 2022, with two new episodes every Wednesday for 10 weeks.

This Body Works For Me is one of four South African Showmax Originals launching in November, alongside the multi-award-winning, record-breaking telenovela The Wife Season 3, the comedy Tali’s #JoburgDiary (18 November 2022) and the crime drama Donkerbos (29 November 2022).
