RHODurban: Mabusi finally addresses the shade thrown at her
Is Mabusi getting fair treatment from some of her new “friends”? Well, that really doesn’t seem to be the case. From the moment she made her debut on the hit reality show, Mabusi has been shown that she might have to work a bit harder to get accepted.
Remember how everyone denied inviting her to Annie’s event? Some of the ladies questioned who brought her there and no one wanted to claim her as a friend. So, does this mean she invited herself to a stranger’s event? That’s highly unlikely!

Sorisha stands up for Mabusi
On the latest episode, there was another incident. While having a chat at the dinner table, LaConco told her co-stars that she’d had a chance to try out one of Mabusi’s products that’s meant enhance your sex life. While Mabusi was giving more details, LaConco and Ayanda burst out laughing. They couldn’t stop and when asked why they were laughing they couldn’t explain it.
“I don’t know if they are laughing at the product or they are laughing at the benefits, but I feel like it’s rude,” Mabusi said. They both denied laughing at Mabusi. Sorisha was very uncomfortable with the situation and couldn’t help but wonder where the ladies draw the line when it comes to Mabusi.
“Here we go again. We don’t give Mabusi flowers, then we don’t give her a wine box, then here we are here again and we’re laughing at what seems to be at Mabusi’s Yoni Steaming, which is very uncouth of us.” She added that she feels like they’re slowly losing Mabusi to being horrible people.
Mabusi confronts Kgomotso
Mabusi has also been getting unfair treatment from Kgomotso. From the moment she first saw her, Kgomotso mentioned that she thought Mabusi was a wig snatcher.
Although the statement was made a while ago, Mabusi finally got a chance to confront her on the latest installment of the show. She asked Kgomotso: “So, before you thought I was ratchet?”
In her response, Kgomotso coined a new term. “You were sophisticated-ratch. I like that,” she said.
Mabusi responded by saying that she’s not ratchet and that she doesn’t even fight. And then she asked: “So, there’s no apology? You’re gonna leave it like that?”
At this point, Kgomotso was clearly over the whole thing and just wanted to let it go. She also didn’t get why Mabusi needed an apology. “I’m done with this topic. I’m tired of this whole thing because it’s stupid,” she said.
Kgomotso has had a lot on her mind and this week she couldn’t hold it in anymore. During a dinner outing hosted by LaConco, Kgomotso sat quietly at the end of the table. It was then that LaConco realised there was something wrong.
“Wait, are you crying, babes?” asked LaConco.
A teary-eyed Kgomotso explained that it was her late grandmother’s birthday and that she was feeling very emotional about what the day represents.
