The Olive
What happens when a deceased partner does not take their secrets to the grave? All hell breaks loose.
The Olive is a Nigerian drama series that tells the story of a widower, Anayo (Ibrahim Suleiman) who is left to raise three grown children Ada, Kele, and Kosi after cancer painfully snatches his wife, Ehi, from him. But becoming a single parent is not all his late wife left him with.
A year after the tragic demise of his wife, Anayo makes an accidental discovery that opens up a can of worms and leaves him wondering if he ever knew the woman he loved, married, and spent 19 years of his life with.
Will Anayo be able to find answers to his questions? Will he be able to handle hidden truths about his wife and still be a good father to his children?
The series was directed by Yemi ‘Filmboy’ Morafa, and also stars Joke Silva, the late Karibi Fubara, and Theresa Edem.
