Archenemy (2020)
Written and directed by Fangoria Chainsaw Award nominee Adam Egypt Mortimer (Daniel Isn’t Real), Archenemy, the film hopeful fans are calling “the second in the Vortex trilogy”, follows Max Fist, a homeless guy who claims to be a hero from another dimension. No one believes his stories except for a local teen named Hamster, and Hamster’s going to need all the hero he can get.
The film stars Joe Manganiello (Deathstroke in Zack Snyder’s Justice League and Alcide Herveaux in True Blood) as Max Fist and Skylan Brooks (Empire, Castle Rock, The Get Down) as Hamster, as well as the likes of Paul Scheer (Veep, The Good Place) and Glenn Howerton (A.P. Bio, It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia).
