Mabusi confronts Nonku: The Real Housewives of Durban
Will the jokes about Mabusi ever stop? It doesn’t seem that way. And this time, it seems a line has been crossed and there is no going back! It was all fun and games until Mabusi put her foot down all the way in the Western Cape!
Watch: Nonku The Real Housewives of Durban Best Moments!
Nonku wanted to make the ladies’ Cape Town trip extra special and went all-out to plan surprises for them. Just after their arrival, Nonku asked her co-stars to put on their sexiest swimming costumes and join her for a chilling session by the pool.

Nonku goes too far
This was meant to be another fun and light-hearted moment but it quickly turned sour after Nonku made Mabusi feel uncomfortable. While she was giving the ladies their hotel key cards, she jokingly shared that she had misplaced Mabusi’s card.
“I cannot find Mabusi’s card,” Nonku said. Although this was a joke, Mabusi didn’t find it funny and decided to leave the pool area.
Nonku realised that she might have gone too far and waited for the right time to apologise. The dinner table seems to be the right place for confrontations and apologies. So, while the clique was at dinner, Nonku apologised to her friend.
“I’m accepting your apology, but what happened yesterday was confirmation of something I heard on the streets about you. The word on the streets is you are like that,” Mabusi told Nonku.
Mabusi draws the line
She added that Nonku had fun at her expense.
“Your reaction towards me, like you found what I don’t think is funny, funny.” She went on to add that it was an uncomfortable situation. “I’m expecting you to make me feel comfortable out of all these ladies, but I find other people making me feel comfortable besides you.”
Nonku responded by telling her that she’s fine with whatever Mabusi heard about her and can’t tell her what to believe.
“What people are saying, it’s their business. So, if it’s a confirmation I’ll respect that, it’s your choice, it’s your life.”
Nonku made it clear that she would never apologise just for show.
“If I hurt somebody and the person is hurt and if it’s a person I care about, and if I feel they are justified, I would go to that person and apologise because I mean it.”
Well, Mabusi didn’t want to drag the conversation any further and just wanted to move on. She said she would accept the apology with boundaries.
