These Showmax DStv Compact & Compact Plus Special Offer – South Africa terms are supplementary to Showmax terms and conditions – South Africa and apply to the use of the Showmax Service together with these Showmax DStv Compact & Compact Plus Special Offer terms that govern the use of the Showmax DStv Compact & Compact Plus Special Offer and will apply for the duration of the Promo Period and Discount Period.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully.

1. General Information

a) Showmax DStv Compact & Compact Plus Special Offer applies in the territory of South Africa for Showmax Standard Subscription Plan (hereinafter called “Showmax Service Subscription”) .

b) Showmax DStv Compact & Compact Plus Special Offer is a timely limited offer which applies within the Promo Period and which is associated with a special discount on Showmax Service Subscription applicable within the Discount Period.

c) Promo Period is a period from 14 May 2020 to 30 June 2020 within which you can subscribe to Showmax Service (applicable to prospective Showmax Service customers) and enjoy Showmax DStv Compact & Compact Plus Special Offer.

2. Showmax DStv Compact & Compact Plus Special Offer Eligibility

To qualify for the Showmax DStv Compact & Compact Plus Special Offer customers have to meet following requirements:

i) Customer never subscribed to Showmax Service before and to sign up during the Promo Period.

ii) Customer was subscribed to a Showmax Service Subscription before and re-subscribed to Showmax during the Promo Period.

iii) Customers who sign up to Showmax Service during the Promo Period are DStv Compact & Compact Plus Subscribers.

3. Pricing

a) Showmax DStv Compact & Compact Plus Special Offer is associated with one month of the Showmax Service subscription free of charge. This free of charge one-month Showmax Service subscription will follow after the first payment for Showmax Service subscription as outlined below.

b) Showmax DStv Compact & Compact Plus Special Offer is associated with a price for Showmax Standard package of R49. Once you pay for your first month’s subscription you will be provided with a consequent one month of Showmax Service subscription free of charge.

4. Miscellaneous

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine whether you are eligible for DStv Compact & Compact Plus Special Offer.

Unless otherwise stated, the Showmax terms and conditions – South Africa shall remain in full force and effect to Showmax service.

In case of discrepancy between these terms and Showmax terms and conditions – South Africa, the provisions of these terms will prevail.

Unless otherwise extended, this version of Showmax service terms and conditions applies for the Promo Period.

We reserve the right at any time and for any reason to terminate the DStv Compact & Compact Plus Special Offer.

This version of the DStv Compact & Compact Plus Special Offer Terms and Conditions applies from 14 May 2020 to 30 June 2020 unless the Promo Period is extended.
