Single Kiasi episode 8: The men are being petty
Guess who showed up to cause trouble in Single Kiasi episode 8 this week? JK! The one and only. Mariah’s ex-Dzaddy returns to torment her. He’s decided to gift her apartment to his new younger girlfriend, Angelica, who he calls Thunder Thighs. And TT is not being nice about it. “Step aside, granny,” she tells Mariah, who quickly calls JK, but he’s blocked her. And guess whose call went through? Thunder Thighs!
But JK isn’t the only one being petty. Sintamei’s boss Henry, who’s now super irritating, is also being petty. First, he’s encouraging Steve’s unprofessionalism — going behind Mei to seal a deal and get the glory when she’s done all the hard work — and when she calls him out for his sexism, he threatens to sack her. Just like that. But Mei handled him appropriately. You know she gives it hot-hot!

Elsewhere things are super smooth with Rebecca, who is living the life with the handsome and popular Nick. Almost like she’s living in an alternate universe while her friends’ lives are crumbling, she’s enjoying true romance for the first time. Nick even met her daughter, who is a super fan. However, as we have learned in Single Kiasi episode 8, joy is often brief.
