The Real Housewives of Lagos Reunion Part 1: Here’s all that went down
The ladies of The Real Housewives of Lagos are back for the Reunion show and we can’t keep calm.
Hosted by Big Brother Africa All-Stars winner and media personality Uti Nwachukwu, the Reunion delivered everything we expected – fashion, spilled tea, and of course some major gbas gbos.
Here are all the moments that had us saying OMG!
The ladies repping Naija in their traditional attire

The Real Housewives of Lagos cast stunning in Nigerian traditional attire from across the country. Laura kicked off the arrivals on set looking every inch like an Igbo queen in her two wrapper while Iyabo looked like an Edo bride in her red attire and beaded crown. Ever one to make a statement with her outfit, Toyin gave Yoruba palace vibes with her fit while Maryam rocked an Efik-inspired outfit. Chioma took things up north with a Fulani outfit while Carolyna who came fashionably late stunned in her Tiv attire.
..and in walks Carolyna

Speaking of being fashionably late, Carolyna had the ladies side-eyeing her when she arrived after everyone was sat and the show was already in progress.
As if things weren’t awkward enough, Uti urged the ladies to give Carolyna a warm welcome to which they responded thus:
Chioma gets a sash for coming late
If there’s one thing Chioma will do on The Real Housewives of Lagos, it’s coming late, and dressing to the nines. Chioma’s chronic lateness also led to one of the biggest fights to happen on the show.
So it was only fitting that Uti presented her with a late-coming sash, much to the amusement of everyone. All hail Chioma, best in lateness.
On Laura allegedly getting pimped to a certain Nigerian governor

One of the moments that had us shook this season on The Real Housewives of Lagos was Carolyna’s accusation that Laura had been pimped to a Nigerian governor. So it was no surprise that Uti brought up the matter.
For her part, Laura revealed that after the episode aired, she got calls for her in-laws and the village looking to find out what exactly had happened. Carolyna, however, maintained her stance, insisting that the rumour in fact came from Laura’s camp and instead asked Laura to “be careful who you hang out with”.
Lobatan.
Laura vs Toyin

At the start of RHOLagos, Toyin and Laura were good friends, with each lady supporting the other fiercely. However, things changed along the line after Laura seemingly shunned Toyin at Mariam’s dinner, which was followed by Toyin’s lack of support during Laura’s fight with Carolyna.
Things went further downhill during the Reunion show with Toyin accusing Laura of always playing victim and acting like all the ladies were ganging up against her. Laura revealed that the ladies hadn’t seen or spoken to each other since the Dubai trip. Suffice it to say, this friendship is in the mud.
Toyin vs Carolyna

Still on friendships in the mud, Carolyna and Toyin undoubtedly delivered some major gbas gbos after the pair went at each other. Trouble started after Uti asked the ladies to shed some light on their strained relationship even before getting on The Real Housewives of Lagos.
From calling each other liars to Carolyna taunting Toyin with being a university dropout and Toyin taunting Carolyna about being a fifth wife, the ladies dragged each other to filth.
A mess.
