PICS: The Magicians, first and only on Showmax
The hit fantasy series is back and this time it means war as matters escalate from last season’s cliffhanger. The students are trying hard to bring magic back, but that’ll be tough as the fairies continue to occupy their world…
For those who don’t know lead character Quentin Coldwater, he starts off as a street magician who doesn’t realise he can wield real magic – the dark, powerful kind. Suddenly he finds himself at Brakebills College for Magical Pedagogy, and the adventure begins. Season 4 has just premiered on Showmax – watch the full season now.
