Beverley Steyn on The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip – SA
“Going into Jamaica, I was nervous, anxious … A whole lot of emotions all at once. When we got to Jamaica, I clearly started the first fight, which emotionally set me back a little but I came back out of my shell shortly after.
“My first impressions of the ladies were that they are all beautiful, strong, successful women under one roof – what could go wrong? And they lived up to the hype!
“My biggest takeaway from watching the show is that it’s a show and we are all adults, we should walk away with love, not trying to make another show off the show if you know what I mean!
“From The Real Housewives of Cape Town, Camilla, Loveline and Roxie congratulated me and sent their love.
“Overall. my experience as a Housewife has been wonderful. From the day I started in this industry I have been treated like a queen, starting with the production companies right through to Showmax.
“In so many ways, it has given me the tools to manage different personalities and take responsibility for the decisions we make in life.
“We have the control to steer the narrative in our lives and take ownership of everything that happens.
“But for me it’s also the fans – they have helped me in my journey and in so many ways made this worthwhile.”
