Creed II (2018)
Under the tutelage of Rocky Balboa, newly crowned heavyweight champion Adonis Creed faces off against Viktor Drago, the son of Ivan Drago. Alongside his obligations in the ring, he has to wrestle with his personal life. Rocky and Adonis confront their shared legacy and question what they’re really fighting for. Written by and starring Sylvester Stallone, alongside young gun Michael B Jordan.
Creed II is the eighth installment in the Rocky Balbao story which launched Sylvester Stallone’s career in 1976, and was inspired in part by the fight between Chuck Wepner and Muhammad Ali , told in the true-life movie The Bleeder.
