Kyallo Kulture episode 7 recap: Everyone needs a Gloria in their life
Turning 21 is exciting—it’s a rite of passage into adulthood that deserves celebrating, and for Gloria, her 21st birthday is an opportunity to spend time with her friends and family, and be at her most glamorous! For us as loyal viewers, Kyallo Kulture episode 7 is an opportunity to get to know the baby in the family a little better through the eyes of her sisters and friends. We even get to meet Gloria’s boyfriend, Ken.
With preparations for her party in full swing, we follow Gloria from her picnic with Ken to shopping for dresses with her besties. Of course, there’s always a little bit of drama, but by the time Gloria leaves Flair looking more gorgeous than ever, we’ve totally forgotten the last-minute change of venue and issues with the sound system!
At the prom-themed garden celebration, we hear from Mercy, their mum, and Gloria’s friends about what a good person she is: sweet, loving, and an all-round friend who is like a therapist and big sister to her besties. “Everyone needs a Gloria in their life,” her friend declares, and we agree.
Later, we catch up with the trio at a spa where Betty has decided to give her sisters an unusual treat: a yoni steam, or vajacial! Gloria is adamant that she won’t do it and opts for a pedicure instead. But Mercy and Betty are all for it, and keep us glued to our heart-shaped seats (that’s an inside joke) with their hilarious banter.
One thing we can’t get enough of in Kyallo Kulture is hanging out with Betty, Mercy and Gloria, and even when Ken arrives at the spa, making things get awkward for a while (you’ll need to watch the episode to find out why), we wouldn’t want to be anywhere else.
