The Real Housewives of Durban Season 3: Sorisha and Maria get a fresh start
If you were hoping for a showdown between Maria and Sorisha in The Real Housewives of Durban Season 3, you better forget about it. While the two housewives got off to a bad start, they’re now working on building a relationship. Yes, Maria had a problem with Sorisha at the beginning of the season, but she’s decided to put her pride aside and give Sorisha a chance.
The two co-stars got to together at a nice restaurant to iron things out. “I heard from Annie that Maria said I didn’t like her because I didn’t invite her to my spa opening. So, I decided ‘let’s get together’,” Sorisha said before Maria arrived.
First impressions last
When Maria got there, she told the businesswoman and media personality that she’d been wanting to catch up for so long. “Like, every time I feel like there’s an opportunity for us, something happens.” Although she wasn’t sure what to expect from their conversation, she was open to hearing what Sorisha would say.
She then explained to Sorisha that when they first interacted, she felt a sense of coldness from her. Sorisha was shocked. “I am seriously bothered at how Maria perceived me because she was introduced to me once. But maybe I’m doing things wrong,” she said.
She then apologised to Maria. “I’m sorry if our first interaction was misunderstood. I think there were a lot of balls in the air that night as well.” Maria was clearly happy about the opportunity to connect and build a relationship with Sorisha. And it turns out, she really got the wrong impression of Sorisha and finally got to see her different side.
Sorisha also bought Maria a gift, which made things official.
