Your favourite stars and their 2018 holiday destinations
It’s that time of the year again where everyone is preparing to go on a break. It’s been a very long year and we’ve all worked hard and deserve to take some time off.
While some people might have already planned where they’re going for the holiday, others are still trying to figure out what to do with themselves.
If you need some inspiration on which holiday destination to visit, we’ve got a few ideas for you. Check out some of the places your favourite actors visited in 2018 and see if you won’t find your next vacation spot.
Dineo Moeketsi in Nice, France

The actress, who stars on Mzansi Magic’s hit telenovela The Queen, just loves to have a good time. In July, she and her boyfriend, rapper Solo, went all the way to Europe to watch Jay-Z and Beyoncé’s On the Run Tour. Talk about chasing summer!
Linda Mtoba in New York, USA

We’re not sure how many times the Isibaya star travels the world in one year. And honestly, we sometimes find ourselves a bit jealous of her dreamy holiday destinations.
In October, the globetrotter shared some snaps from her trip in New York City. She was with her husband on the trip and although we didn’t get to see pictures of him, she made sure to let us know that he was the photographer through her #StillsByHubby hashtag.
Shona and Connie Ferguson in Hollywood, USA

We can’t mention our favourite stars without adding Connie and Shona Ferguson on the list. The A-list couple, responsible for some of our favourite TV shows including The Queen, Unmarried and Igazi, always have us screaming “relationship goals”. This was a big year for them as they celebrated 17 years of marriage. They took a break from work back in October and jetted off to the USA for a family vacay.
Moshe Ndiki in London, UK

Some fell in love with Moshe when he was just a YouTube star, while others only got to know him on The Queen. The actor and TV presenter, who’s had a successful 2018, rewarded himself with a much-needed trip to London last month. He not only spoiled himself with a few expensive items, but he also got a chance to spend time with his loved ones.
Nomzamo Mbatha all over the world

What would a piece about travel be without Nomzamo Mbatha? This has certainly been a big year for the Isibaya star. In 2018 alone, the actress, activist and UN ambassador saw many of her dreams become a reality.
Not only did she score major success and recognition, but she also got to see many parts of the world including South Sudan, Kenya, Los Angeles, Cannes and New York City. While some trips were for work, it looks like she truly made the most out of every single moment.
We hope this has given you a few ideas on which country to visit during the festive season. But if you don’t feel like crossing our borders just yet, you can just catch these stars in action right here on Showmax.
