Igiza episode 4 recap: Where’s the money?
It’s an early start for Nicole in Igiza episode 4. With Reggie now committed to Chris’ money laundering scheme (to the tune of 200 million), he warns that there’ll be many early mornings and late nights in their future. But Nicole’s real rude awakening arrives in the form of a phone call from prison… Linda has somehow managed to get her hands on a contraband phone and calls Reggie! Luckily, he thinks it’s Nicole and hangs up, reassuring his wife (the real Nicole) that there are no loose ends. He alludes to an incident in the past in which he and Linda deliberately set up and betrayed Nicole. But we’re left wondering what the details could be…

The incident spooks Nicole, who immediately calls Dom to deal with the issue. Things are starting the slip, and Dom makes it clear he’s in this for the money and that Nicole needs to follow through on what she owes.
From Dom, Salome learns that someone on the inside has been helping Linda—and she’s not happy about it. Cue the prison politics as Salome reminds us who is really in charge. After a rough-up from Salome’s gang, Linda does the unthinkable and steals Salome’s phone, but before Salome can enact her revenge, Linda antagonises Senje in the hopes that she’ll end up in the prison hospital. Her plan works, and the credits roll as she lies in a hospital bed, safely away from Salome’s wrath.
Meanwhile, Reggie is feeling the pressure from his wash-wash boss, Chris, who wants faster production and more money. Things take a turn for the worse when Chris demands to know where his money is (remember the bag of cash from episode 2?). To illustrate what could happen to Reggie if he doesn’t return Chris’ money, he cuts off the finger of the courier who delivered the bag to Linda’s office.
Reggie, on edge, demands that Linda take the cash to the bank immediately. Of course, Linda doesn’t have the money anymore… she has to convince Dom to give it to her, and the clock is ticking.
