Meet the adult fans who love My Little Pony
They’re called Bronies and Pegasisters, and they really do know that friendship is magic.
You might think this show is just for kids, but you couldn’t be more wrong. There is an army of adult super fans who can’t get enough of My Little Pony. And soon they will all be gathering at the Annual Brony Convention that takes place next week in Baltimore, Maryland, from 11 to 13 August.
BronyCon is a happy and inclusive place, filled with Pony merchandise, music and games, where Bronies and Pegasisters can be themselves and hang out with friends. A big part of the convention is the cosplay, where fans dress up as their favourite Ponies. And it’s quite amazing to see the lengths people are prepared to go to for their favourite show. Check out these pics from last year’s convention, all from the official BronyCon Facebook page.
This Pegasister isn’t playing games.
