BBNaija S7: The Buzz episode 11: “BBNaija women are putting Nigerian men to shame,” says Toke
Another week, another round of hot takes from guests on The Buzz as the BBNaija Level Up season fires on.
Episode 11 of The Buzz saw the return of YouTuber Glory Elijah, as well as new entrants YouTuber
Philomina Moses and media personality Chukwudi aka Husband Material. The trio dished out hot takes on the Shella ship, Daniella and her strategy, Groovy and Phyna, and so much more.
Starting with the evicted housemates, Glory commented that Deji did not want to go home when Ebuka asked the fake housemate to identify himself, adding that he really delivered the goods as a fake housemate, unlike Modella who barely did anything. She also said she was sad to see Diana,
the queen of diary sessions, leave the BBNaija house.
Moving on to Daniella locking lips with Dotun during the Saturday night party, Philomina pointed out that Daniella “uses alcohol as a defence to do whatever she wants to do.” Still, on the matter of Daniella, Glory added that Daniella is being strategic, and calculative, particularly as regards her relationship with Dotun.
“You won’t believe that after that kiss, she discovered that she didn’t go home so she has broken off with Dotun again, but even in the midst of the breakup, she’s still clinging to the guy.”
Could Daniella be using her ships in the house as a strategy to remain in the BBNaija house? It would appear this week’s guests on The Buzz think so.

Commenting on Groovy seemingly trying to assert his dominance over Phyna, Philomina said that Groovy is showing himself as an alpha male, and is taking lectures from lockdown roomie/BFF Sheggz. Glory also added both men had had a conversation during lockdown about their game in the BBNaija house. She said Sheggz is flaunting his control over Bella, indirectly telling Groovy that he has scored.
Discussing Hermes and Allysyn, Glory stated that Allysyn is using Hermes as protection because he is a strong housemate, further pointing out that she is as much a floater, and as indecisive as Daniella.
Moving on to Hermes and his focus on food and tasks, Glory was of the opinion that Hermes comes off as a coward because he shouts into thin air during arguments rather than direct his jabs at a particular housemate. Husband Material, on the other hand, said it was a strategy where you don’t talk to people directly, but rather wait for someone to react, which will then determine your next
move.
Going back to the Shella ship and how Sheggz sent Eloswag to talk to Bella during their fight at the party, Husband Material commented that we can’t expect “Big Sheggz” to create peace. Glory also commented that Sheggz calculates when the camera would be on them whenever they have an issue, so he can create highlights for himself.
Bringing the episode to an end, the group discussed Chichi and Deji’s moves under the sheet, with Toke stating that the girls this season are “taking being on top to the next level.” She further hailed the female housemates for “putting Nigerian men to shame”.
“From Daniella to Chomzy, at least they’re (female housemates) putting Nigerian men to shame when they say two minutes after being on top you’re like uurghh,” she said in reference to running jokes online about Nigerian women and their inability to maintain a certain position in bed.
