WATCH: Game of Thrones Season 8 episode 3 preview
***Update: The entire boxset of Game of Thrones S1 to S8 is now available to binge-watch on Showmax.***
Five words.
That’s all it takes to get the gooseflesh to rise on our arms when we watch this preview of next week’s episode of Game of Thrones: “The Night King is coming.”
And then there are these:
“The Dead are already here.”
What’s happening in episode 3?
Warning: Spoilers ahead!
After episode 2, in which the mighty Brienne of Tarth was finally given the royal treatment after standing up for her erstwhile travelling companion Jaime Lannister, we’re really pleased to see that she’ll be back in the fray in the next episode. There are very few warriors in Game of Thrones we’d trust to lead the charge against the most fearsome army in Seven Kingdom history, and this literal giantess is right up there for us.
But reunions of old friends and the reckoning of old enemies aside, there are no two ways about it. In episode 3, the War will begin. Who will live, and who will die?
Find out by watching episode 3 of Game of Thrones at 03:00 on Mondays on M-Net (only), or on Mondays at 22:00 on M-Net on Showmax and M-Net.
