How to live chat with Showmax

Do you have a burning question about how to get or use Showmax that hasn't been answered by the Help section on the Showmax website? Use the live chat function to be connected to a Showmax consultant to help you with your query. Here's how to live chat with Showmax.

How to live chat with Showmax

Go to the Showmax Help Centre.
Choose the category that fits the issue you're trying to solve, such as Device Set Up and Log In.
If none of the FAQs answer your question, scroll down to Still Need Help?
Clicking either Sign In, if you are a subscriber, or Problems signing in? will open the Live Chat window.

Try our new Chat Bot

Go to the main Help Centre page.
Look for the little robot icon in the bottom right-hand corner.
Click on it to bring up the Chat Bot. If the bot can't answer your question right away, it'll hand you over to one of our customer care agents.
