Kenya
- These are the rules for the Entertainment 50% Off Month End Promotion (“Offer”) as conducted by Showmax Africa Holdings Limited (“Showmax”). By participating in the Offer, you agree that these rules, read together with the Showmax Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) will apply to your participation in the Offer.
- The Offer will run from 00:00 hours on 25 July 2024 to 23:59 hours on 31 July 2024 (“Offer Period”).
Eligibility
- To participate in the Offer (“Eligible Customers”), you must, during the Offer Period:
- reside in Kenya;
- be a disconnected subscriber to the Showmax General Entertainment Mobile product or a Showmax General Entertainment All Devices product; and
- have accepted Showmax’s invitation to take up the Offer.
- Eligible Customers will enjoy a once-off 50% discount off 2 months’ subscription fees for the Showmax General Entertainment Mobile product or the Showmax General Entertainment All Devices product. The Offer is subject to:
- upfront payment of the discounted subscription fee within the Offer Period; and
- payment using a credit card, debit card or M-pesa only.

- It is your responsibility to ensure that payment of the applicable subscription fee indicated in paragraph 4 above is received by Showmax within the Offer Period. Without limitation, Showmax is not responsible for any difficulties encountered with third party merchants nor for any costs that you may incur to participate in this Offer.
- You must redeem the Offer within the Offer Period. You will receive an email with the unique redemption code, to be input into the “have a voucher or promo” field once you sign in to Showmax with your credentials.
Other terms
- Showmax shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.
- The rule of construction that the Terms and Conditions will be interpreted against the party responsible for drafting of the same will not apply.
- Showmax may cede, assign or novate any or all of its rights and/or any or all of its obligations set out herein and/or in the Terms and Conditions to any person or entity without notice to you.
- Showmax reserves the right to suspend or stop your participation in the Offer if you are involved in fraud or manipulation of the process.
- The failure by Showmax to enforce any of the rights or provisions of the Offer or the Terms and Conditions will not be deemed to be a waiver of such right or provision.
