How to live chat with Showmax
Do you have a burning question about how to get or use Showmax that hasn’t been answered by the FAQ section on the Showmax website? Use the live chat function to be connected to a Showmax consultant to help you with your query. Here’s how to live chat with Showmax.
How to live chat with Showmax
- Go to the Showmax Help Centre.
- Choose the category that fits the issue you’re trying to solve, such as Device Set Up and Log In.
- If none of the FAQs answer your question, scroll down to Still Need Help?
- Clicking either Sign In, if you are a subscriber, or Problems signing in? will open the Live Chat window.
Try our new Chat Bot
- Go to the main Help Centre page.
- Look for the little robot icon in the bottom right-hand corner.
- Click on it to bring up the Chat Bot. If the bot can’t answer your question right away, it’ll hand you over to one of our customer care agents.
