How to pay for Showmax in Nigeria

With the new Showmax launching in February, customers can look forward to more local and international content, and a first-ever mobile-only Premier League plan, all on a brand-new app powered by technology brought to you by international streaming giant Peacock.

Showmax plans will now include the world’s first standalone Premier League plan for mobile, with all 380 games offered live on Showmax Premier League for just N2,900 a month.

In addition, there are two more Showmax plans available to customers: Showmax Entertainment on mobile for N1,200 a month, as well as the Showmax Entertainment plan priced at N2,500 per month at launch.

As the new Showmax goes live in Nigeria, the available payment methods include:

  • Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards
  • DStv Add to Bill (where DStv subscribers can add Showmax to their account at a reduced cost or no extra cost for Premium subs). Find out how to add Showmax to your DStv bill here.
  • Showmax vouchers (purchased via Capricorn/BAXI agent networks).
