Yes! Showmax Pro, the Showmax package that bundles entertainment and sport together, offers a wide selection of live sport from SuperSport.

This includes the Premier League, UEFA, La Liga, Serie A, the DStv Premiership and more football tournaments. Plus athletics, basketball, boxing, cycling, gymnastics, motorsports, tennis and the list goes on.

How does it work?

Showmax doesn’t have dedicated SuperSport channels like you’re used to seeing on television. Instead, Showmax streams individual events live. Rather than tuning into a SuperSport channel, search for the specific game or event you want to stream. To find something to watch, go to the Sports tab on the home screen or in the Showmax app. You’ll see loads of sports content, all of which is provided by SuperSport.

  • Sports highlights
  • Talk shows
  • Sports documentaries

How to watch live games and sports on Showmax Pro

Use the filters to find what you’re looking for. Filter by the time, and by sport.

Click the Play button on a live event to dive right into the action and hit Pause if you need a snack break.

Set a reminder for that big game you don’t want to miss.

You’re watching the same game – live – that you’d watch on SuperSport. Except you’re streaming it on Showmax Pro.

What other sports content is on Showmax?

There are sports highlights, talk shows, specials and documentaries from SuperSport to enjoy at your leisure. You can even download these in the Showmax app to watch on your mobile device when you have a gap.
