1. Go to chat.showmax.com
2. Fill in your name and email address in the window that will pop up on the bottom right of the page.
3. Click the “Start chat” button.

How to live chat with Showmax through the Showmax welcome page

• Got to showmax.com.
• Scroll to the FAQ section at the bottom of the page.
• Check out the Frequently Asked Questions. If none of these answer your query, click on the FAQ link on the bottom left of the page.
• This will take you to the Showmax Help page.
• On the right-hand side of the page, you will see a heading halfway down that says “Got more questions?”, and the words “Our live customer service agents are here to help you – Start live chat”.
• Click on the blue words that say “Start live chat”.
• This will launch a new browser window. The live chat will start in that window.
• Enter your name and email address when prompted.
• Click on the “Start chat” button.
• Go ahead and ask the consultant your Showmax question.
